	Description	Hold the Special Attack button and Soukaku will unleash her Fly the Flag attack, dealing Ice DMG. When Fly the Flag hits an enemy, it triggers a Quick Assist and grants a buff to Soukaku or an ally. When Soukaku has 3 stacks of Vortex and activates Fly the Flag, she consumes all stacks and enters the Frosted Banner state.
