DescriptionAfter performing any move that restores Flight Feather, Vivian will automatically enter the Fluttering Frock state. At this point, clicking will trigger Basic Attack: Fluttering Frock – Suspension, consuming all Flight Feathers and converting them into an equal amount of Guard Feather.
When switching characters while in Fluttering Frock, Vivian will automatically perform Basic Attack: Fluttering Frock – Suspension.
