| Description | While in Morale Burst, when Lighter hits an enemy with the 5th hit of his Basic Attack, his Impact increases while consuming Morale. Once his Morale is depleted, Lighter will automatically follow up with an even more powerful Finishing Move. In Morale Burst mode, when Lighter’s Finishing Move hits an enemy, it inflicts the Collapse effect, extending the target’s Stunned state by 3s. The Collapse effect can only be triggered once per target before they recover from the Stunned state. |
