	Description	When Billy enters Crouching Shot during his Basic Attack, he triggers Core Passive: Steady Shot. After maintaining the buff for 1.5 seconds, he enters the Starlight Descent state, during which his attacks ignore 50% of the target’s Physical RES. Additionally, he continuously generates Decibels, starting at 20 points/second and gradually increasing to 50 points/second, reaching the maximum after 3 seconds. This effect lasts until he is knocked back or launched.
