The effect gained from Core Passive: Mini Destruction Partner by characters within 10m is increased to 130% of the original value.

“Get your work done, or you’re in for a beating!” is how Drusilla tries to encourage everyone.
“Yeah, a beating!” Anastella always chimes in.
